This Weeks Menu

Our menu changes regularly based on the freshest ingredients available.  We will be up at UCSC all week, here's the menu we will be offering for the week of September 13 through September 19...

(OUT) Mixed Vegetable Medley  sauteed mushrooms, Mexican squash, bell peppers, onions and cabbage served with rice, shredded lettuce, corn and black bean salsa then topped with cheddar jack cheese and chiptole cream  rice bowl, wrap  (VEGETARIAN)

Sweet Indonesian Pulled Pork  our signature pork, served with creamy sesame slaw, crunchy rice noodles and spring onion  taco, rice bowl, wrap     add corn tortillas

Beyond Beef Smash Burger  stacked with cheddar cheese, grilled onions, shredded lettuce, fresh tomato and our own 'special sauce', served on a toasted brioche bun

Steak and Cheese Hoagy  marinated smoked tri tip grilled with sauteed onions, bell peppers and mushrooms, topped with melted Provolone cheese, served on a toasted hoagy roll

Southwest Grilled Chicken  tender pieces of marinated grilled chicken served with black bean and corn salsa, lettuce, rice and chipotle cream, wrapped in a flour tortilla   taco, rice bowl, wrap

Gourmet Turkey Burger ground turkey seasoned with capers and feta, topped with provolone cheese, bacon cream (bacon in every bite) sauteed onions, shredded lettuce and fresh tomato on a toasted Brioche bun

Garden Burger served with shredded lettuce, fresh tomato and provolone cheese on a toasted Brioche bun (VEGETARIAN)  

Louisiana Hot Link split and grilled, topped with cheddar jack cheese and sauteed onions served in a hoagy roll
